A Plunger for Every Type of Plunge

plungers galoreEveryone has had it happen. You finish doing your business and you find that your throne has been compromised by the Mexican burrito you had for lunch.  Or as you are washing your hands you notice that the water in the sink is filling up to the brim before you even have a chance to lather.

Clogs happen; they are a part of our fast paced society. We get so overcome with what we have to do next we have things back up.

Although we can’t find a plunger to unclog your dirty room or unpaid bills, a perfect plunger can be found for the clogs that you may have in your bathroom.

TOILET CLOGfunnelplunger

For your everyday toilet clog the best plunger is a funnel cup plunger. You need a good seal between the toilet bowl and the plunger, and with the added piece extending off the rubber cup these plungers are your best bet.

SINK/LAVATORY CLOG

A standard cup plunger is best suited for clearing shallow clogs in sinks,  bathtubs, showers and floor drains. The rubber cup is positioned easily around thesink plunger drain to create a great seal. An accordion plunger also works well for drains; because of its large size  it can drive in a large burst of air while it is plunging accordion plungerquickly so that it can unclog better. You need to keep the size of your sink in mind and the plunger you choose should be proportionate to it.

Sometimes it doesn’t matter what type of plunger you use or how much force you apply the clog is just unfixable. You have the best tool for the job now, and when your own efforts aren’t enough you can call plumbers like us for reinforcements.
